Galanthus Hill Poe

Hill Poe

Hill Poe is a hybrid double probably from a cross between nivalis flore pleno and plicatus. It has five or six narrow outer petals and a regular rosette of inner petals. The plant is named for the person in whose garden it arose at Riverston, Co. Tiperrary in 1911.

It is relatively late flowering and has a robust constitution.

Our stock came from Noel Pritchard having originated with Primrose Warburg.
