Whilst our comments are based on nearly thirty years of growing and propogating snowdrops; they are largely based on our experiences on the nursery here in the Highlands of Scotland. Here we grow our snowdrops on a sandy alluvial soil on the flood plain of a river and in a valley-bottom frost pocket.
